About Me

For most of my life, I’ve had a diverse range of interests. We all go through phases as we grow up with varying aspirations of what we want to study and pursue as a career.

When I entered college, I thought that I would study economics and become a financial planner. However, I ended up getting a degree in interdisciplinary studies (surprise) but mainly studied interior architecture and psychology. I even wrote a thesis connecting climate change, nihilism and architecture. My career post-graduation has been in the field of user experience, and I now hold a graduate degree in human factors in information studies as work as a user experience researcher in the healthcare space.

You can find more information about my professional life on my personal website.

“Interdisciple?”

Interdisciple is a word I thought up that combines “interdisciplinary,” the combination of two or more academic disciplines into one activity, and “disciple,” a convinced adherent of a school or individual. It’s become my ad hoc way of describing someone who has interests across various disciplines which helps shape their worldview.
